Illuminate or Illuminated means the lighting of a Sign in whole or in part by any type of artificial light, whether by emission or reflection;

  • All notices, requests, demands and consents to be made hereunder to the parties hereto pursuant to this Agreement will be in writing and will be sufficiently given if personally delivered, sent by other means of electronic transmission (including electronic mail) or sent by mail, postage prepaid to the party at the following addresses or to such other address as either party may hereafter designate to the other in accordance herewith: Illuminate Education, Inc.
