Illegal drug activity definition

Illegal drug activity means the criminal use, possession, dispensing, selling, delivery or purchase of any illegal drug.
Illegal drug activity means unlawful conduct which violates any provision of this Part or the equivalent federal statute or ordinance of any political subdivision of this state.
Illegal drug activity means any activity, including production, use, storage, or distribution of materials, compounds, or mixtures associated with the use or production of illegal controlled substances.
