ILF definition

ILF is the interest loss factor, calculated to equal the remainder of (i) the amount of interest that would have accrued on the Advance subject to the Reduced Fixed Rate at the rate provided in Section 2.8(a) for such month, less (ii) the amount of interest that accrued on the such Advance at the Reduced Fixed Rate.
