Examples of IL-1 Product in a sentence

  • Neither Party provides any representation, warranty or guarantee that the development of any CV Canakinumab Product will be successful, that Regulatory Approval for any IL-1 Product will be obtained, or that any other particular results will be achieved with respect to the commercialization of any CV Canakinumab Product hereunder.

  • Novartis shall have the right to brand the IL-1 Products using Novartis related trademarks and any other trademarks and trade names it determines appropriate for an IL-1 Product, which may vary by country or within a country (“Product Marks”).

  • Each Party agrees that each clinical study and each nonclinical study with respect to any IL-1 Antibody or IL-1 Product that is required to be posted pursuant to applicable Law or applicable industry codes, including the PhRMA Code or the equivalent industry code of practice, on xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx or any other similar registry shall be so posted.

  • XOMA shall not make any public disclosure (whether written, electronic, oral or otherwise) relating to any IL-1 Antibody or IL-1 Product without the prior written consent of Novartis; provided, that the foregoing shall not apply to information which is in the public domain or any public disclosure required by Law or governmental regulation or by the rules of any recognized stock exchange.

  • Each Party (through its local Affiliates, as appropriate) shall be entitled to respond to routine medical and consumer inquiries received by it concerning the IL-1 Products; provided that all such responses shall be in accordance with the approved IL-1 Product labeling information and, as appropriate, the recommendations of the JOC, and that all such inquiries and responses shall be shared, as appropriate, with the other Party to the extent not prohibited by applicable Law.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Regeneron may withhold such consent if it reasonably determines such sublicense would reduce Regeneron's financial return from the sale of the applicable IL-1 Product in the applicable country.

  • The foregoing shall not include any Out-of-Pocket Costs or other costs which (i) are incurred prior to the Effective Date, (ii) are incurred in connection with the manufacture of any IL-1 Product, or (iii) have been included in Development Costs or Regulatory Expenses.

  • The Parties shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to conduct Phase IV Clinical Trials with respect to any IL-1 Product in any country in the applicable Territory which has been recommended by the JOC and which has been approved by the Joint Steering Committee.

  • Diagnostic Product means any test or assay for diagnosing or detecting a disease, disorder, medical condition, or symptom.

  • Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.

  • New Product means the Synology-branded hardware product and Synology-branded accessories contained in the original packaging Customer bought from an authorized Synology distributor or reseller. You may see our “New Product” at Product Support Status.

  • Generic Product means any pharmaceutical product that (i) is sold by a Third Party that is not an Affiliate or licensee of Buyer and (ii) (a) contains the same active pharmaceutical ingredient as the Product or (b) is categorized by the applicable Governmental Entity in a country to be therapeutically equivalent to, or interchangeable with, the Product, such that the pharmaceutical product may be substituted for the Product at the point of dispensing without any intervention by the prescribing physician in such country.

  • Licensed Compound means [***].

  • Nicotine product means a product that contains nicotine and is not any of the following:

  • Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.

  • Licensed Products means tangible materials which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale, or importation, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Product Candidate means any pharmaceutical product developed, manufactured and/or tested by or on behalf of the Company that has not received a Regulatory Authorization for commercial distribution other than in connection with pre-clinical or clinical trials.

  • Combination Product means any product that comprises a Licensed Compound or Licensed Product sold in conjunction with another active component so as to be a combination product (whether packaged together or in the same therapeutic formulation).

  • medicinal product means any substance or combination of substances presented for treating or preventing disease in human beings or animals and any substance or combination of substances which may be administered to human beings or animals with a view to making a medical diagnosis or to restoring, correcting or modifying physiological functions in humans or in animals;

  • Milk product or "dairy product" means cottage cheese, dry curd cottage cheese, reduced fat cottage cheese, lowfat cottage cheese, cream, light cream, light whipping cream, heavy cream, heavy whipping cream, whipped cream, whipped light cream, sour cream, acidified sour cream, cultured sour cream, half-and-half, sour half-and-half, acidified sour half-and-half, cultured sour half-and-half, reconstituted or recombined milk and milk products, concentrated milk, concentrated milk products, skim milk, lowfat milk, frozen milk concentrate, flavored milk, eggnog, buttermilk, cultured milk, cultured lowfat milk, cultured skim milk, yogurt, lowfat yogurt, nonfat yogurt, acidified milk, acidified lowfat milk, acidified skim milk, low-sodium milk, low-sodium lowfat milk, low-sodium skim milk, lactose-reduced milk, lactose-reduced lowfat milk, lactose-reduced skim milk, aseptically processed and packaged milk, milk products with added safe and suitable microbial organisms, and any other milk product made by the addition or subtraction of milkfat or addition of safe and suitable optional ingredients for protein, vitamin, or mineral fortification. Unless a product is considered a milk product under this subdivision, milk product does not include dietary products, infant formula, ice cream or other desserts, cheese, or butter. Milk products include the following:

  • Roll-on product means any antiperspirant or deodorant that dispenses active ingredients by rolling a wetted ball or wetted cylinder on the affected area.

  • Approved Product means any water fitting, plumbing product, material or component which is the subject of an existing WRAS Approval;

  • Existing Product means any formulation of the same product category and form sold, supplied, manufactured, or offered for sale in California prior to the following dates, or any subsequently introduced identical formulation:

  • Licensed producer means a person or entity licensed to produce medical cannabis.

  • Licensed Service means a service provided using Licensed Products or Licensed Methods, including, without limitation, any such service provided in the form of contract research or other research performed by Licensee on behalf of a third party.

  • Final Product means a product that is not used in producing other products and is built and intended for use outdoors, provided the final product has not deteriorated or has otherwise become a potential source of contaminants.

  • Collaboration Compound means any of the following: (a) FG-4592, (b) any HIF Compound (other than FG-4592) that is added to this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.6, and (c) any salts, esters, complexes, chelates, crystalline and amorphous morphic forms, pegylated forms, enantiomers (excluding regioisomers), prodrugs, solvates, metabolites and catabolites of any of the foregoing ((a) or (b)).
