IL-1 Antibody Product definition

IL-1 Antibody Product means one or more pharmaceutical products for human and/or animal use which include the IL-1 Antibody as an active ingredient, alone or in combination with one or more other active ingredients, for all indications.

  • Novartis shall be responsible for an amount equal to the product of the aggregate Development Costs for the IL-1 Antibody Product in the Co-Commercialization Countries for NAFTA for the relevant calendar quarter multiplied by fifty-five percent (55%), and Regeneron shall be responsible for an amount equal to the product of the aggregate Development Costs for the IL-1 Antibody Product in the Co-Commercialization Countries in NAFTA for the relevant calendar quarter multiplied by forty-five percent (45%).

  • Commercial Requirements of the IL-1 Antibody Product shall be provided at a price to be determined in accordance with the pricing parameters referenced in Section 8.2 above and SCHEDULE 7 for the Trap-1 Product.

  • Regeneron hereby waives any and all rights it may have with respect to the IL-1 Antibody, and any IL-1 Antibody Product, pursuant to the CLO Agreement or any other agreement (other than this Agreement) between any of the Parties existing as of the Effective Date relating to the IL-1 Antibody or any IL-1 Antibody Product.

  • In the event that Regeneron disputes any matters set forth in such report, the Parties will agree a process for resolution of such dispute, which process will protect the confidential and commercially sensitive nature of any relevant Regeneron Company Information, particularly in view of any development, manufacture or commercialization by Novartis of the IL-1 Antibody Product or any other product which competes with any Covered Product.

  • Generic Product means any pharmaceutical product that (i) is sold by a Third Party that is not an Affiliate or licensee of Buyer and (ii) (a) contains the same active pharmaceutical ingredient as the Product or (b) is categorized by the applicable Governmental Entity in a country to be therapeutically equivalent to, or interchangeable with, the Product, such that the pharmaceutical product may be substituted for the Product at the point of dispensing without any intervention by the prescribing physician in such country.

  • Biological product means a virus, therapeutic serum, toxin, antitoxin, vaccine, blood, blood component or derivative, allergenic product, protein other than a chemically synthesized polypeptide, or analogous product, or arsphenamine or any derivative of arsphenamine or any other trivalent organic arsenic compound, applicable to the prevention, treatment, or cure of a disease or condition of human beings.

  • Covered Product The consumer product that You purchased concurrently with and is covered by this Agreement.

  • Bundled Product means Product sold together with any other product(s) or service(s) at a single unit price, whether packaged together or separately, and which other product(s) or service(s) have material independent value from Product itself.

  • Biosimilar Product means, with respect to a Licensed Product in any country, any biosimilar product sold by a Third Party not authorized by or on behalf of Celgene, its Affiliates or Sublicensees, (a) that is a biosimilar biological product, as defined in 21 USC 379j-51 (or any successor or replacement thereof), a similar biological medicinal product, as defined in Annex I to Directive 2001/83/EC (or any successor or replacement thereof), or any similar biosimilar or generic product under the Laws of any country or jurisdiction, or (b) regarding which Regulatory Approval is obtained by referencing Regulatory Data of such Licensed Product.

  • Development Candidate means a Collaboration Compound designated by Biogen Idec as a Development Candidate in accordance with Section 2.6.
