Employees who were former participants of the IGS Savings Plan shall be eligible to participate upon their becoming an Employee provided they make an affirmative election to participate in accordance with the procedures adopted by the Plan Administrator under subsection 3.02(a), (b), or (c) or a Deemed Election pursuant to subsection 3.02(d).
