IGS Savings Plan definition

IGS Savings Plan means the Industrial Gas and Supply Company Retirement Savings Plan which was merged into the Plan effective as of March 31, 2000.

  • Employees who were former participants of the IGS Savings Plan shall be eligible to participate upon their becoming an Employee provided they make an affirmative election to participate in accordance with the procedures adopted by the Plan Administrator under subsection 3.02(a), (b), or (c) or a Deemed Election pursuant to subsection 3.02(d).

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, for former Participants in the IGS Savings Plan the terms of Exhibit II shall apply.

  • Savings Plan or "plans" means a plan that provides different investment strategies and allows account distributions for qualified higher education expenses.
