Should any party fail to appropriate or have available sufficient funds to pay for the costs of its obligations set forth herein, this IGA shall be considered of no force or effect, except to the extent that the County has assumed the obligations of another party, as set forth herein.
The cost for the entire Project that is the subject of this IGA shall not exceed Two Hundred Fifteen Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($215,000.00), with each town and city contributing the amounts set forth below for a total contribution of Sixty-Five Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars and No Cents ($65,750.00) of the Project Cost.
