IFA Balance definition

IFA Balance means an amount equal to the portion of the Infrastructure Funding Amount, if any, which the Company has not received by the IFA Longstop Date.

  • Class Balance With respect to any Class of Certificates, at any time, the aggregate of the Certificate Balances of all Outstanding Certificates of such Class.

  • Loan Group Balance As to each Loan Group, the aggregate of the Stated Principal Balances of the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group that were Outstanding Mortgage Loans at the time of determination.
