IE Report definition

IE Report means a report prepared by the Independent Engineer setting forth calculations from the Independent Engineer related to the projected production scenarios for a Project, such report shall be reasonably acceptable to Seller and Buyer.
IE Report means that certain “Final Technical Due Diligence Reportdated as of June 5, 2020, as updated by that certain “Report Update Letter to Lenders’ Due Diligence Review of June 5, 2020” dated as of November 24, 2020, in each case prepared by the Independent Engineer.
IE Report means the Red Flag Report: Santa C▇▇▇ Copper Project Independent Engineer dated October 20, 2025, prepared by the Independent Engineer.

IE Report means a report of the Independent Engineer, prepared in connection with the construction or term financing for a Project, containing, among other things, confirmation that the Common Facilities to the extent relating to each Party are adequate and satisfactorily defined for their intended purpose.
