Identity Information Identity information means electronic data containing a person’s name and any of the following information for that person: ▪ Social insurance number or social security number. ▪ Medical or health information. ▪ Drivers license number. ▪ Credit, debit, bank or other financial account number and any security code, access code, or password that would permit access to that account. ▪ Any other non-public personal information protected from unauthorized access of acquisition by a security breach notification law. Leased Worker Leased worker means any individual: ▪ who is hired from an employee leasing firm under a contract or agreement between the you and that firm; ▪ who is compensated directly by the employee leasing firm; and ▪ whom you have the right to direct and control while performing duties for you.
