Identified Person definition

Identified Person has the meaning assigned in Section 3(c).

Examples of Identified Person in a sentence

• The relevant Voting Certificate will be made available at or shortly prior to the commencement of the meeting by the Principal Paying Agent against presentation by such Identified Person of the form of identification previously notified by such holder to the Clearing System.

More Definitions of Identified Person

Identified Person means an Authorized Person whose current work-related responsibilities require access to the CMHC Information.

Identified Person means an Authorized Person whose current work-related responsibilities require access to the Confidential Information.
