ICP Committee definition

ICP Committee means the committee to be established pursuant to Clause 6.9 for purposes of monitoring and supervising the ICP Projects.

Examples of ICP Committee in a sentence

  • If a TPC ceases to provide the required oversight of an IMS listed MC for purposes of the NCIMS voluntary ICP, both the TPC and the MC shall immediately notify the ICP Committee Chair and PHS/FDA MST and/or LPET.

  • The TPC or the ICP Committee shall immediately notify PHS/FDA MST and/or LPET, respectively.

  • A copy of each written signed agreement shall be immediately submitted to the International Certification Program (ICP) Committee following the signing by the Third Party Certifier (TPC) and Milk Company (MC).

  • If either party terminates this MOA, both the TPC and the MC shall immediately notify the ICP Committee Chair and FDA MST.

  • There shall not be any ratings/listings/certifications conducted of any MC’s milk shipper or official laboratory or official designated laboratory, respectively, until the ICP Committee has indicated in writing that this MOA complies with the requirements of the Grade “A” Milk Safety Program and the NCIMS voluntary ICP.

  • A copy of the official LOI for the NCIMS voluntary ICP may be obtained from the NCIMS Executive Secretary or the ICP Committee Chair.

  • PHS/FDA MST shall retain such records until such time as a suitable replacement TPC, authorized under the NCIMS voluntary ICP, has been hired and a signed and dated LOI has been submitted to the ICP Committee Chair and PHS/FDA MST to fulfill the obligations of the NCIMS voluntary ICP.

  • PHS/FDA MST and LPET shall provide comments to the ICP Committee concerning the MOA.

Related to ICP Committee

  • CSR Committee means the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Board referred to in section 135 of the Act.

  • Selection Committee means a committee of individual(s) who evaluate and rank proposals; conduct negotiations; and makes a contract award recommendation to the District and its respective Committees.

  • Sub-Committee means a committee of a committee created by the board.

  • Plan Committee means a committee of two or more directors appointed by the Board to administer the Plan.

  • Nomination Committee means the nomination committee of the Board established in accordance with Article 114;

  • Administrative Committee means the committee in charge of Plan administration, as described in Article VII.

  • Management Committee means in the case of a Competition which is an unincorporated association, the management committee elected to manage the running of the Competition and where the Competition is incorporated it means the Board of Directors appointed in accordance with the articles of association of that company.

  • Benefits Committee means the Employee Benefits Committee of Textron.

  • Transition Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.

  • Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Retirement Committee means a committee consisting of the Company’s Vice President of Human Resources, the Director of HR Operations and the Compensation & Benefits Manager.

  • Board Committee means those individual Directors who have been appointed by the Board of Directors with the powers and responsibilities specified in Article V and to which has been delegated any fiduciary responsibilities of the Board of Directors with respect to the Plan.

  • Compensation Committee means the Compensation Committee of the Board.

  • Joint Committee means the committee established under Article 19 [Joint Committee];

  • Oversight Committee means the committee established to monitor the overall implementation of the Canada-Ontario-AMO-Toronto Agreement.

  • Hearing Committee means the committee appointed pursuant to this Plan to hear a request for an evidentiary hearing that has been properly filed and pursued by a practitioner.

  • Evaluation Committee means a body appointed to perform the evaluation of Offerors’ proposals.

  • Project Committee has the meaning assigned to it in Section 6.1;

  • Managing Committee means the individual or the body of individuals entrusted or charged with the management and administration of a private educational institution and where a society, trust, or an association manages more than one such institution, includes the managing committee of each such institution;

  • Advisory Committee means the Employer's Advisory Committee as from time to time constituted.

  • Executive Committee means the Executive Committee of the Board.

  • Independent Board Committee means the independent board committee of the Company

  • Investment Committee means the committee in charge of investment aspects of the Plan, as described in Article VII.

  • Banning Committee means a Committee constituted for the purpose of these guidelines by the competent authority. The members of this Committee shall not, at any stage, be connected with the tendering process under reference.

  • Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.
