SAP Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by SAP to provide and support the Cloud Service as incorporated in an Order Form.
Servicer Policies and Practices means, with respect to the Servicer’s duties under Exhibit A to the Servicing Agreement, the policies and practices of the Servicer applicable to such duties that the Servicer follows with respect to comparable assets that it services for itself and, if applicable, others.
City Policies means any or all (as the context requires) of those procedures, standards and/or standard specifications, requirements, policies and the like listed in Schedule H or notified to the Supplier from time to time, as the same may be updated, modified, expanded, revised, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time by the City (as notified to the Supplier);
D&O Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 8.01(e).
Privacy Policies means all published, posted and written internal policies, procedures, agreements and notices with respect to the Company’s collection, use, storage, disclosure, or cross-border transfer of Personal Data.
Policies shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(b) hereof.
Policies and Procedures means the written policies and procedures of the Client in any way related to the Services, including any such policies and procedures contained in the Organic Documents and the Offering Documents.
Investment Policies means the investment objectives, policies, restrictions and limitations set forth in the “BUSINESS” section of its Registration Statement, and as the same may be changed, altered, expanded, amended, modified, terminated or restated from time to time.
Consensus Policies are those policies established (1) pursuant to the procedure set forth in ICANN’s Bylaws and due process, and (2) covering those topics listed in Section 1.2 of this Specification. The Consensus Policy development process and procedure set forth in ICANN’s Bylaws may be revised from time to time in accordance with the process set forth therein.
Collection Policy means the collection policy of the initial servicer in effect on the Closing Date attached as Exhibit O to the Indenture, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the Indenture.
Safeguard Policy Statement or “SPS” means ADB's Safeguard Policy Statement (2009);
Procurement Guidelines means the “Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and XXX Credits” published by the Bank in May 2004 and revised in October, 2006.
Valuation Policy has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.12(b)(ii)(B).
Credit Card Guidelines means the respective policies and procedures of the Account Owner, as the case may be, as such policies and procedures may be amended from time to time, (a) relating to the operation of its credit card business, which generally are applicable to its portfolio of revolving credit card accounts and in each case which are consistent with prudent practice, including the policies and procedures for determining the creditworthiness of credit card customers and the extension of credit to credit card customers, and (b) relating to the maintenance of revolving credit card accounts and collection of credit card receivables.
R&W Policy means any buyer-side representations and warranties insurance policy purchased by a Buyer or an Affiliate thereof in connection with this Agreement on or before the Closing Date.
Credit and Collection Policies or “Credit and Collection Policy” means the policies, practices and procedures adopted by the Issuer on the Closing Date, including the policies and procedures for determining the creditworthiness of Obligors and the extension of credit to Obligors, or relating to the maintenance of those types of receivables and the related equipment and collections on those types of receivables and the related equipment.
Tariff Policy means a Tariff Policy adopted by the Council in terms of Section 74 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000.
Company Insurance Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14.

Cancellation Policy Day tour cancellations are accepted by phone, mail, or email to xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx. Refunds will be provided within 30 days from the date of cancellation. Responsibilities: Bus America reserves the right to make changes to a tour date or a tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. Bus America, an operational division of Group Tours, Inc., acts as an agent in making and securing arrangements for group transportation, accommodations, meals, and activities. Bus America does not own, manage, control, or operate any vehicle, hotel, restaurant, or any other supplier of services. By accepting the program, you agree that neither Bus America nor any of their representatives shall be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to you or your belongings or in connection with any accommodations, transportation, or other services resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrences beyond their control.
Best Execution Policy means the Company’s prevailing policy available at the Company’s Website regarding best execution when executing client orders;
Xxxxxx Mae Guides The Xxxxxx Xxx Xxxxxxx’ Guide and the Xxxxxx Mae Servicers’ Guide and all amendments or additions thereto.
FCA Handbook means the FCA Handbook of Rules and Guidance as amended from time to time.
Allocation Policy means the allocation policy of the Company adopted by the Managing Member in accordance with Section 5.1.
Delinquency Collection Policies and Procedures The delinquency collection policies and procedures of the Interim Servicer, a copy of which is attached to the Interim Servicing Agreement as Exhibit 11.
Insurance Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16.
