IC INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY definition
IC INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY means all IC Content, IC Software, and all other IC copyrights, patents, trade marks, service marks, right of publicity, authors' rights, contract and licensing rights, goodwill and all other intellectual property rights as may exist now and/or hereafter come into existence and all renewals and extensions thereof, regardless of whether such rights arise under the laws of the United States, or any other state, country or jurisdiction. The IC Intellectual Property also includes all upgrades, improvements, expansions, alterations, and additions made by IC during the term of this Agreement and during the course of performing its obligations under this Agreement.
