IC Entities definition

IC Entities means an entity that has a contractual relationship with the Company or any of its Affiliates whereby such entity provides certain services for the Company or its Affiliates as an independent contractor.

  • Partnership Entities means the General Partner and each member of the Partnership Group.

  • Acquired Subsidiaries means Subsidiaries of the Failed Bank acquired pursuant to Section 3.1.
