IBM Stock Fund definition

IBM Stock Fund means the investment option in the Plan that invests primarily in IBM common stock.
IBM Stock Fund means the Investment Fund of the Plan that is invested in the common stock of IBM, in accordance with Section 5.01(b) and which shall be included within the ESOP.
