IBEW Collective Bargaining Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(d).
IBEW Collective Bargaining Agreement means any collective bargaining agreement in effect, as of immediately prior to the Closing, between Seller and the IBEW with respect to any ML&P employees.

IBEW Collective Bargaining Agreement means that certain Collective Bargaining Agreement, between the Seller and the IBEW, effective December 8, 1998, as amended from time to time.
