IBEW CBA definition

IBEW CBA means that certain Collective Bargaining Agreement, dated as of March 6, 2006, between MWG and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local No. 15, as amended, extended, modified, or supplemented from time to time, including in accordance with Order Approving Entry into Extension of Collective Bargaining Agreement and Granting Related Relief [Docket No. 1562], entered by the Bankruptcy Court on November 7, 2013.
