IBD Contributed Business definition

IBD Contributed Business means the investment banking business of MSJS to be demerged as described in the IBD Demerger Agreement.

  • Related Business means any business that is related, ancillary or complementary to the businesses of the Company and the Restricted Subsidiaries on the Issue Date.
