If the Dispute is not resolved within the time frame specified in clause 13.3(b) above, the Dispute must be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of IAMA by an arbitrator agreed to by the Parties, or if the Parties do not agree on an arbitrator, an arbitrator nominated by the Chair of the Western Australian Chapter of IAMA (or his or her delegate).
The Company will notify the ACCC of the identity of the arbitrator within 2 Business Days of the parties agreeing on the arbitrator or the President of IAMA appointing the arbitrator (as the case requires).

If the parties cannot agree on a mediator within 20 Business Days after a request for mediation under this clause 10.1.1(d), either party may ask the chair of LEADR & IAMA ACN 008 651 232 or the chair’s nominee to appoint a mediator.
