IAM Services definition

IAM Services means the services identified in Section 2 hereof.
IAM Services means any services that comprise the measurement of audiences (for any purpose, including the purposes of establishing audience size and/or composition)for all content consumed via the internet, including web pages, video, and associated advertising, whether by a panel or other sample selected to represent the viewing of the universe from which the panel is selected or otherwise; including Video Content in the aggregate (for example total audiences for all Video Content accessed via individual broadcaster web players), but excluding TAM Services, Advertising Expenditure Measurement Services and TNS Custom Research Services;
IAM Services means any services that comprise the measurement of audiences (for any purpose, including the purposes of establishing audience size and/or composition) for all content consumed via the internet, including web pages, video, and associated advertising, whether by a panel or other sample selected to represent the viewing of the universe from which the panel is selected or otherwise; including Video Content in the aggregate (for example total audiences for all Video Content accessed via individual broadcaster web players), but excluding TAM Services, Advertising Expenditure Measurement Services (as defined in the BSPAs) and TNS Custom Research Services (as defined in the BSPAs).

Examples of IAM Services in a sentence

  • Each party agrees the other shall not be liable in any respect for the actions or omissions of any third party wrongdoers (i.e., hackers not employed by such party or its affiliates) or of any third parties involved in the IAM Services and shall not be liable in any respect for the selection of any such third party, unless such party selected the third party in bad faith or in a grossly negligent manner.

Related to IAM Services

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • System Services has the meaning given such term in Section 3.1.

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Ecosystem services means the benefits that the public enjoys as a result of natural processes and biological diversity.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • IT Services any services relating to the IT Systems or to any other aspect of the Company's or any of the Subsidiaries' data processing or data transfer requirements, including facilities management, bureau services, hardware maintenance, software development or support, consultancy, source code deposit, recovery and network services;

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Customer Services means the call centre for dealing with queries about your Card. You can contact Customer Services by calling 01 693 3333, or contacting us directly.

  • Consulting Services means services of an advisory and intellectual nature provided by consultants using their professional skills to study, design, organize, and manage projects, encompassing multiple activities and disciplines, including the crafting of sector policies and institutional reforms, specialist advice, legal advice and integrated solutions, change management and financial advisory services, planning and engineering studies, and architectural design services, supervision, social and environmental assessments, technical assistance, and programme implementation;

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.

  • Educational Services means educational training provided to Entitled Students at a School;

  • Processing Services means any and all services necessary or convenient for operation of the Program, including the issuance of cards or the processing of transactions or settlements in accordance with applicable Payment Network Rules and Applicable Law. Such services shall include: set-up and maintenance of cardholder accounts, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and settlement, Payment Network access, cardholder dispute resolution, Payment Network compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, customer service, collections and activity reporting.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Operational Services the operational services described as such in the Services Description;

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.
