IAC Advertising means IAC Advertising, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

  • In the case where web pages or advertising creative are created by IAC Advertising Solutions or its subcontractors specifically for the Promotion, IAC Advertising Solutions or its subcontractors shall remain the sole owner of any intellectual property associated with such pages or creative.

  • IAC Advertising Solutions will determine the specific placement of such Advertisements, which may vary across the Service based on a combination of the pricing and performance of the Advertisement.

  • Advertiser shall pay IAC Advertising Solutions within thirty (30) days of receipt of IAC Advertising Solutions invoice.

  • If Advertiser fails to make payment within such time period, (a) Advertiser may be subject to the maximum interest charge available by law, and shall pay the reasonable cost associated with any collections of unpaid amounts and (b) IAC Advertising Solutions may immediately remove Advertisements from the Service and/ or terminate the relevant IO or this Agreement.

  • Outdoor advertising means the act or process of notifying, warning, informing, making known or any other act of transferring information in a visible manner and which takes place out of doors;
