I-15 Express Lanes definition

I-15 Express Lanes means those certain lanes located in the median of Interstate 15 between State Route 56 and the I-IS/State Route 163 split that are tolled by SANDAG pursuant to State law and SANDAG’s agreements with the State of California Depart ment of Transportation and the Federal Highway Administration.
