Hydrogeologist means a professional hydrogeologist who is licensed in Washington state under chapter 18.220 RCW.
Hydrogeologist means a person who is a graduate of an accredited institution of higher education and who has success- fully completed 30 semester hours or 45 quarter hours of course work in geology.
