Hxxxx definition

Hxxxx means Hxxxx Interests Limited Partnership and its Affiliates.

Hxxxx as used herein shall include the successors and assigns of Hxxxx xxxxxxxxx and under the Pipelines Agreement including, without limitation, any Hxxxx Successor.
