Definition of HVAC Costs


HVAC Costs means all costs incurred in the operation, repair and maintenance and replacement of the systems for heating, ventilating and air conditioning the buildings in the Project including, without limitation, supplies, materials, equipment, tools, and contracted services.

Examples of HVAC Costs in a sentence

Electricity costs for other than Normal Business Hours (After Hours HVAC Costs) shall be calculated as described in Rider 107 attached hereto and adjusted annually based on Landlords actual costs for such electrical service.
If Tenant installs the Chiller, electrical charges for the chiller shall at Tenants expense, be separately metered to and paid for directly by Tenant and Tenant shall not be liable for After Hours HVAC Costs.
Landlord shall have the right to engage such technical consultants, planners, and engineers as may be reasonably required to assist Landlord in evaluating the Fourth Floor Expansion Tenant Improvements and the Fourth Floor Expansion Plans, all at Tenant's sole cost and expense; provided, however, that in no event shall Tenant's cost therefor exceed 5% of aggregate amount of the Specified Contract Amounts and the Generator and Supplemental HVAC Costs.
The Tenant Allowance may be reduced by the cost of HVAC Costs, as set forth in Section 6.
The costs incurred by Landlord in providing After Hours HVAC Service to Tenant shall include only the actual costs for electricity, water, sewage, water treatment, labor, metering and maintenance reasonably allocated by Landlord to providing such service (Actual HVAC Costs).
