HVAC Business definition

HVAC Business means the business and operations of the Air Conditioning Systems and Services Segment of ASD as described in the Form 10-K.
HVAC Business means the business of designing, developing, manufacturing, producing, exporting, importing, advertising, selling (including refurbished sales and rental business models), marketing, distributing, recycling HVAC products and providing after sales products and after sales services in relation to HVAC products;
HVAC Business shall have the meaning set forth in Recital D.

  • Lessor shall use all reasonable efforts to furnish: (1) Cooled or heated air in the Common Area in season to provide a temperature condition required, in Lessor's reasonable judgment (based on sound and prudent property management standards for comparable properties), for comfortable use of the Common Area daily from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday thru Friday) and Saturdays 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM ("Normal HVAC Business Hours")..

  • Landlord shall furnish cooled or heated air in season to provide a temperature condition required, in Landlord’s reasonable judgment, for comfortable occupancy of the Common Areas under normal business operations and in the absence of the use of equipment which affects the temperature or humidity which would otherwise be maintained in the Premises, during the HVAC Business Hours.

  • After Normal HVAC Business Hours, holidays and Sundays are excepted.

  • Tenant shall have, within the HVAC specifications to the HVAC Design Space Conditions set forth on Schedule “C” annexed hereto during HVAC Business Hours, reasonable control over the temperature (within the design specifications of the system) within the Premises through the means of a thermostat located within the Premises or other applicable means and to the extent areas are affected by changing the thermostat.

  • Tenant agrees that Landlord shall not be obligated to operate such ventilating, air-conditioning, and heating system after or before HVAC Business Hours, except after prior written notice from and payment by Tenant as hereinafter specified.

  • Promote, participate, or engage in any activity competitive with Suburban’s business as of the Employment Termination Date (including any LP-Gas, Fuel Oil or HVAC Business) within the states in which Suburban conducts operations as of the Employment Termination Date, except as may be requested or permitted in writing by Suburban.

  • In the states described in subsection A above, take any action without Suburban’s prior written consent to establish or form an LP-Gas, Fuel Oil or HVAC Business competitive with Suburban’s business, or to become employed by or render services, advice or assistance to any such competing business.

  • All other owned tangible assets that are used to design, develop, manufacture, market, service, distribute, and/or sell products exclusively or primarily associated with the HVAC Business, including, but not limited to, manufacturing equipment, machining, tooling, dies, prototypes, models, drawings, blueprints, bills of material, specifications, supplies, customer lists, manuals, permits, authorizations and repair and performance records.

  • From and after the date of this Lease and, notwithstanding that the Commencement Date has not yet occurred, Landlord shall operate the lavatory exhaust fans after HVAC Business Hours upon Tenant’s request, at no additional charge to Tenant, but the cost thereof shall be included in Expenses.
