Huntsman Group definition

Huntsman Group shall have the meaning assigned to such term within the definition of “Change of Control”.

Huntsman Group has the meaning given thereto in the definition of Change of Control in Section 1.1.

Huntsman Group means Huntsman, (a) each Subsidiary of Huntsman immediately after the Effective Date, (b) each Affiliate of Huntsman controlled by Huntsman immediately after the Effective Date and (c) each other entity that becomes a Subsidiary of Huntsman at any time following the Effective Date for so long as such entity is a Subsidiary of Huntsman; provided that, from and after the Effective Date, each member of the Venator Group will be deemed not to be a member of the Huntsman Group.

• Not having that strategic approach would damage the region’s ability to develop compelling funding and investment propositions.

• In no event shall Huntsman, any other member of the Huntsman Group or any Huntsman Indemnitee have Liability or obligation whatsoever to any member of the Venator Group if any insurance policy or other contract or policy of insurance shall be terminated or otherwise cease to be in effect for any reason, shall be unavailable or inadequate to cover any Liability of any member of the Venator Group for any reason whatsoever or shall not be renewed or extended beyond the current expiration date.

Huntsman Group has the meaning set forth in the Separation Agreement.

Huntsman Group means the Affiliated Group of which Huntsman is the common parent corporation, and any corporation or other entity which may be, may have been or may become a member of such group from time to time, but excluding, from and after the Offering Date, any member of the Venator Group.

Huntsman Group means Huntsman Group Inc., a Delaware corporation.

Huntsman Group means Huntsman and, to the extent related to the Services to be provided, its Affiliates (excluding, for the avoidance of doubt, Venator).
