Human exploitation definition

Human exploitation referred to in this Article shall mean forced labour (servitude), sexual exploitation, slavery and practices similar to slavery and the dependence resulting therefrom, illegal extraction of human organs and tissues, conduct of illegal biomedical research on a person, use of a woman as surrogate mother, engaging a person in illegal, including criminal, activities.
Human exploitation referred to in this article, shall mean, forced labor (servitude), sexual exploitation, slavery and practices similar to slavery and the resulting dependence, transplantation of human organs and tissues, conduct of illicit biomedical researches on the person, use of a woman as surrogate mother, engaging a person in unlawful, including criminal activities.

  • Exploitation means to make, have made, import, export, use, have used, sell, have sold, or offer for sale, including to Develop, Commercialize, register, modify, enhance, improve, Manufacture, have Manufactured, hold, or keep (whether for disposal or otherwise), or otherwise dispose of.
