HTI Loan definition
HTI Loan means that certain term loan being made by Bank to or for the benefit of Borrower in the principal amount of Six Million ($6,000,000.00) Dollars.

At the time of Closing, and upon Borrower's request for advances of the ATAB Loan or the HTI Loan, all legal matters incidental hereto and thereto shall be reasonably satisfactory to Bank and its counsel.
