HSC Restricted Account definition
HSC Restricted Account means, as of the Merger Effective Time, the deposit accounts in the name of HSC which HSC may only use for the disposition of funds to an account of any Borrower in accordance with the terms of the Deposit Account Control Agreements required to be delivered to Agent pursuant to Section 9.7(a) hereof.
