HSBCnet definition

HSBCnet means the HSBC Group’s electronic system known as HSBCnet which the Custodian authorises its customers to use from time to time pursuant to the terms of a separate agreement entered into between the Custodian and the customer;
HSBCnet means the Account Bank's online electronic banking system;
HSBCnet means the internet based electronic banking system developed by HSBC Group and made available to you under terms and conditions and customer agreements specified by HSBC from time to time (including a HSBCnet Customer Agreement entered into or to be entered into between you or another corporate entity in your corporate group (where applicable) and a member of the HSBC Group).

More Definitions of HSBCnet

HSBCnet means the internet/electronic based banking platform provided by the Issuer Account Bank.
HSBCnet means the internet/electronic based banking platform provided by the Receivables Trustee Account Bank.
HSBCnet means the HSBC E-Channel accessed via the portal at www.hsbcnet.com or such other access point or means as HSBC may notify from time to time.
HSBCnet means the HSBCnet service subscribed and used by the Customer (not applicable to Guarantor); "HSBCnet User" means the user(s) under the relevant HSBCnet profile (not applicable to Guarantor);

  • Wireless means any FCC-licensed or authorized wireless communication service transmitted over frequencies in the electromagnetic spectrum.

  • Processing Services means those services described herein or commonly performed under the management and direction of Bank by a Card Processor or Credit Processor which are necessary to manage a Program and process transactions in accordance with Applicable Law. Such services shall include but shall not be limited to: set-up and maintenance of a Program and Cards, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and Settlement, System access, Card Services, Credit Services, Cardholder dispute resolution, collections, System compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, and activity reporting.

  • Subscriber Management System means a system or device which stores the subscriber records and details with respect to name, address and other information regarding the hardware being utilized by the subscriber, channels or bouquets of channels subscribed by the subscriber, price of such channels or bouquets of channels as defined in the system, the activation or deactivation dates and time for any channel or bouquets of channels, a log of all actions performed on a subscriber’s record, invoices raised on each subscriber and the amounts paid or discount allowed to the subscriber for each billing period, and which complies with the requirements as set out under Annexure D of this Agreement;

  • Data Services The Customer will receive a discount equal to 25% for the following Data Services: Access: Standard VBS2 Guide local loop charges for DS-1 Access and DS-3 Access Service.

  • Internet Banking means the service we offer by which you can access and transact on a nominated account by using a personal computer and accessing via our website. This includes transactions processed through the mobile banking facility as well as the smartphone app facility.
