HSBC Loan definition

HSBC Loan means (a) the term loan facility of up to HK$720 million granted by HSBC to Mega Well and (b) the revolving loan facility of up to HK$425 million granted by HSBC to Mega Well, where the context shall so require, the outstanding amount of the principal sum and any interest accrued thereon;
