HSAC CONTENT definition
HSAC CONTENT means the Web Pages, Startup Pages, EPGs, and other Content designed, created or acquired by HSAC and included within the HSAC Services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. HSAC Content includes, without limitation, the look, feel, and configuration of any Internet or World Wide Web services designed, created or acquired by HSAC, the underlying user interfaces and screen templates, the programming structure of such Internet or World Wide Web services, all other such Content designed, created or acquired as HSAC may include within the HSAC Services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, and all IP Rights relating thereto.
