HS2 Limited means High Speed Two (HS2) Limited, a company registered in England with registered number 06791686 whose registered office is at 0 Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, X0 0XX or such other entity as may be appointed infrastructure manager in relation to the HS2 Network from time to time;
