HPI Direct Lease definition
HPI Direct Lease means the Temporary License Agreement, dated as of January 29, 2013, by and between the Borrower, as successor-in-interest to HPI Direct, and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Ventures VI, LLC, as may be amended, supplemented, restated, replaced or otherwise modified from time to time.
