HPI Business definition

HPI Business shall have the meaning set forth in the Separation Agreement.
HPI Business means the businesses and operations conducted prior to the Effective Time by any member of the HPI Group that are not included in the Enterprise Business, including (a) the businesses set forth on Schedule 1.1(38), (b) the HPI Former Businesses and (c) any other businesses or operations conducted primarily through the use of the Excluded Assets.
