Examples of HPES in a sentence

  • HPES will complete such transition services within the time frames agreed upon by the Parties and HPI will pay any one-time charges agreed upon by the Parties with respect to such transition, calculated using the applicable rates set forth in the Rate Card.

  • If requested by HPI, HPES will cause HPES Personnel to attend training sessions provided by HPI.

  • HPES will comply with all such direction, provided that HPES will not be responsible to HPI for a failure to comply with a Law to the extent that such non-compliance is due to HPES’ reliance on, and compliance with, HPI’s direction pursuant to this Section in respect of such Law.

  • These positions will have the additional roles and responsibilities described in Schedule 6 and will be Key HPES Positions.

  • The Trustee makes no representation as to the validity or value of any securities or assets issued upon conversion of Securities.
