HP Systems definition

HP Systems means the information technology infrastructure used by or on behalf of HP in performing the Services, including all computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by HP or through the use of third-party services.
HP Systems means a set of Products, including accessories, interfaces, peripherals and terminals that are included in HP’s configuration guide and ordered for coordinated delivery.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, Supplier agrees to maintain security measures to comply with the above obligations and to ensure that access granted will not impair the integrity and availability of HP Systems.

  • Systems means any: (i.) computer programs, including, but not limited to, software, firmware, application programs, operating systems, files and utilities; (ii.) supporting documentation for such computer programs, including, without limitation, input and output formats, program listings, narrative descriptions and operating instructions; (iii.) data and/or media; (iv.) equipment, hardware, servers, and/or devices; and/or (v.) network(s).
