HP Services definition

HP Services means certain implementation, integration, customization, training, and support and maintenance services provided or to be provided by HP hereunder to End Users, #####.
HP Services means all services as provided by Hewlett-Packard Technology Services to its Customers under an HP Service Agreement related to the Products.
HP Services means the services to be made available by HP as defined in Exhibit A, and any other services to be performed by HP under the terms of this Agreement or any Related Agreement.

Examples of HP Services in a sentence

  • The Parties agree that the HP Services Manager and the Enterprise Services Manager (or such other persons as HP and Enterprise may designate) shall negotiate in good faith in an attempt to resolve such Dispute amicably.

  • As used herein “Customer” refers to either (a) end-user HP customer who purchases the HP Services described in this Agreement directly from HP or from an authorized HP reseller, wholesaler, or distributor, or (b) an HP Authorized Representative who purchases HP Services in order to obtain support for hardware products at its own or its customer’s site.

  • Business Development Partner shall immediately return to HP at Business Development Partner’s expense all free-of-charge materials provided to Business Development Partner by HP for the sale and support of HP Services.

  • HP Services available for purchase and resale shall be set forth in the Services Partner Architecture Program Guide (“SPA Program Guide”), incorporated herein by reference.

  • Docent shall have no liability for any Claim resulting from: (a) use or combination of the Software Products with any other goods or services not supplied by Docent (including but not limited to the HP Services); or (b) any modification or alteration of Software Products, where such Claim would not have arisen except for such use, combination, modification or alteration.

  • Customer agrees that Customer’s access and use of the Service may not exceed the limitations (such as maximum number of users, devices or pages printed during a period of time) provided by any HP Services Agreement or Third Party Service Agreement (both as defined in Section 8.0 hereof), or otherwise agreed between HP and Customer.

  • HP must approve all countries in advance where SSOP would like to sell HP Services and those countries must be added to Schedule 3 in order for this agreement to apply to those countries.

  • Maintain an adequate staff of trained technicians, as set forth in the attached Exhibit C, to provide HP Services to all of HP's End Users at prices and on terms as HP may establish.

  • HP hereby acknowledges and agrees that it is a condition of this Agreement that HP provide first line maintenance and support services to the End Users as a part of the HP Services, and that Docent shall have no responsibility for providing any support, maintenance, service or assistance directly to End Users.
