Houses means the Council of States (Rajya Sabha) and the House of the People (Lok Sabha);

Houses or “Residences”) within forty-five (45) days following delivery of the ASP to Purchaser. Seller will review the House Plans and Seller shall deliver notice to Purchaser of the Seller’s approval or disapproval of the House Plans within ten (10) business days after receipt of the House Plans, with such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, so long as such plans substantially comply and are generally consistent and compatible with the ASP Criteria.
