House Accounts definition

House Accounts means those Customers in the Territory who purchase Products directly from AOS. House Accounts designated by AOS at the time of execution of this Agreement are set forth on Exhibit B attached hereto, which may be amended or updated by AOS from time to time at its sole discretion.
House Accounts means those customers for or purchasers of the Company Products which are located within the Territory and which are designated from time to time in writing by the Company as House Accounts. House Accounts designated by the Company at the time of execution of this Agreement are set forth in Exhibit B attached hereto. The Company may in its sole discretion designate other customers as House Accounts by giving Sales Representative at least ten (10) days prior written notice of such designation before such designation becomes effective.
House Accounts means any house accounts established by the Managers in addition to the Operating Accounts and the Replacement Reserve Fund as established by the Managers to maintain xxxxx cash funds at the Crystals Component.

More Definitions of House Accounts

House Accounts means, all accounts arising from your sales of inventory which are paid by credit card or a post-dated check. “Excluded Accounts” shall mean (a) all accounts arising from Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Designs’ sales of inventory to its customers listed on Schedule A attached hereto and (b) all accounts arising from Xxxxxx Clothing’s sales of inventory to its customers listed on Schedule B attached hereto. However, if at any time you submit an Excluded Account to us hereunder for credit approval and we credit approve such account, (i) such account shall be deemed assigned to us hereunder, (ii) all other accounts then and thereafter due from such customer shall be assigned to us hereunder, and (iii) all such accounts shall be deemed an Account or Accounts hereunder and shall be subject to all of the terms of this Agreement.
House Accounts means any house accounts established by Operator in addition to the Operating Account and the Reserve Fund as established by Operator to maintain xxxxx cash funds at the Condo-Hotel.
House Accounts means the existing -------------- -------------- customers of OPEN MARKET as of the Effective Date with facilities located in the Territory, to which Distributor shall be authorized to market and distribute the Software, only on condition that such software be purchased and physically located within the territory. House Accounts means those accounts in the Territory for which sales are non-commissionable. Customers designated by Company as House Accounts are listed in Exhibit D of this agreement and may be added to or modified from time to time by Company at it’s sole discretion. For the sake of clarity, house accounts with an existing credit attributable to services provided to Sellers on trade are considered a House Account under this definition. However, arrangements where vouchers are presented in exchange for meals and upon redemption the voucher sponsor (e.g., the Japanese Tourism Bureau) is invoiced for the redeemed vouchers are not considered a House Account.
House Accounts means “those Customers of any PEI Entity existing as of the date hereof or which become Customers of any PEI Entity after the date hereof through no substantial effort or assistance of Representative and which are or will be serviced directly by the Company, PEI or other PEI Entity and as to which Representative shall not be entitled to earn Commissions, provided, however, that House Accounts that are general contractors (e.g., Xxxxxx Construction) or other House Accounts that, similar to general contractors, traditionally run multiple independent projects in diverse geographical areas, will be treated as House Accounts on a job registration basis, such that Representative may pursue job opportunities for such general contractors (and other similarly structured operations) with respect to jobs or projects that are not or have not already been solicited by any PEI Entity. Notwithstanding the foregoing, to the extent a Customer identified by Representative is an existing Customer of a PEI Entity, the parties will examine both the nature and longevity of the business relationship between such Customer and the PEI Entities on the one hand and such Customer and Representative or its shareholders on the other hand, and the historical amount of business transacted with such Customer, in determining whether Representative should be provided the opportunity to solicit sales from such Customer and receive commissions in connection therewith.
