• You must comply with the terms of any third-party agreement applicable to you when using the Disney+ Hotstar Platform, such as your wireless data service agreement.

• If you access a Disney+ Hotstar Platform using an Apple iOS, Android or Microsoft Windows-powered device or such similarly placed device or Apple Inc., Google, Inc., Microsoft Corporation or other such relevant organisations, respectively, shall be a third-party beneficiary of this contract.

• If you do not agree with any Additional Terms, you should cease using the Disney+ Hotstar Platform and cancel your Subscription before the Additional Terms take effect.

• Your use of the Disney+ Hotstar Platform is subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and all applicable laws, rules and regulations.

• To be able to subscribe to the Disney+ Hotstar Platform you must have reached the age of majority and be competent to contract under the applicable laws.

• Any dealings you have with advertisers due to your use of the products or services advertised on the Disney+ Hotstar Platform are between you and the advertiser, and you agree that Disney is not liable for any loss or claim that you may have against an advertiser.

• In addition to your agreement with the foregoing terms and conditions, and notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the following provisions apply with respect to your use of any version of the Disney+ Hotstar Platform compatible with the iOS operating system of Apple Inc.

• Depending on your chosen Subscription plan, you may be able to access the Disney+ Hotstar Platform (including the Content) through such devices and any Compatible System offered by a partner authorized by Disney.

• You agree that use of and access to the Disney+ Hotstar Platform is at your own risk.

• Except as specified herein, no element of the Disney+ Hotstar Platform may be used or exploited in any way other than as part of the authorized functionality of the Disney+ Hotstar Platform made available to you.
