Seller's business is as follows: A business organized to produce and sell Anti-Aging, Body, Hair and Cancer Care treatments, as well as Hotel Amenities, and has been in business since 2007.
The Hotel, the Conference Center, the Conference Center Amenities, the Hotel Amenities and the Other Project Amenities are collectively referred to herein as the “Project”).

Manager shall provide Owner with copies of any communications directed to Manager or any Affiliate of Manager relating to any actual, alleged, suspected or threatened violation of any Applicable Laws, including Gaming Laws, that relate to the Casino, Gaming Activities the Hotel, the Casino Amenities, the Hotel Amenities or the Project, within five (5) Business Days of receipt of such communication.
