Hotel Accounts Payable means all items of expense and payables and all items of expense under maintenance contracts, service contracts, personal property leases, rental contracts or equipment or telephone contracts, advertising contracts, trade association dues, travel agency commissions and cleaning contracts which are outstanding and due and payable by Seller.
