Hostile force definition
Hostile force means any person or group of persons acting in violation of the law or opposing the military force in the carrying out of its missions, including but not limited to saboteurs, rioters, and looters.
Hostile fire means one which becomes uncontrollable or breaks out from where it was intended to be.
Violence means the unjustified infliction of physical force by a student with the intent to cause injury to another student or damage to the property of another student.

Medically necessary leave of absence means any change in enrollment at the post-secondary school that begins while the child is suffering from a serious illness or injury, is medically necessary, and causes the child to lose student status for purposes of coverage under the Plan.
