Subscriber means the subscriber to the Memorandum.
the Buyer means the person who accepts a quotation or offer of the Seller for the sale of the Goods or whose order for the Goods is accepted by the Seller;
Residential Subscriber means any Person who receives Cable Service delivered to Dwelling Units or Multiple Dwelling Units, excluding such Multiple Dwelling Units billed on a bulk-billing basis.
Subscribers shall have the meaning set forth in the section of this Escrow Agreement titled “Background.”
Subscriber Data means all data, information and other content provided by or on behalf of Subscriber to the Service, including that which the Account Users input or upload to the Service.

Active Subscriber “means a Subscriber who has been authorized to receive signals of subscribed Zee Group Channels as per the subscriber management system and whose set top box has not been denied signals.
Subscriber Shares means the Shares which the subscribers to the Instrument of the ICAV agree to subscribe for as more particularly hereinafter set forth after their names.
Anchor Investor means a Qualified Institutional Buyer, applying under the Anchor Investor Portion in accordance with the requirements specified in the SEBI ICDR Regulations and the Red Xxxxxxx Prospectus and who has Bid for an amount of at least ₹100 million.

The Vendor means the person, firm, company or organization on whom the Purchase Order is placed and shall be deemed to include the vendor’s successors, representative heirs, executors and administrator as the case may be. It may also be referred to as Seller, Contractor or Supplier.
U.S. Purchaser is (a) any U.S. Person that purchased Units, (b) any person that purchased Units on behalf of any U.S. Person or any person in the United States, (c) any purchaser of Units that received an offer of the Units while in the United States, (d) any person that was in the United States at the time the purchaser’s buy order was made or the subscription agreement for Units was executed or delivered;
Contributor means Licensor and any individual or Legal Entity on behalf of whom a Contribution has been received by Licensor and subsequently incorporated within the Work.
Teacher or Principal Data means personally identifiable information, as defined in Section 2-d, relating to the annual professional performance reviews of classroom teachers or principals that Vendor may receive from the District pursuant to the Master Agreement.
Project Buyer means the City’s employee assigned to serve as the contact person for Bidders/Sellers responding to Invitations For Bid or completing contracts herein.

Standby Purchaser shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble hereof.
Masterworks Investor refers to an affiliate of Masterworks that has raised capital from unaffiliated third party investors to invest the proceeds in a diversified collection of artwork and which acquires Class A Ordinary Shares as part of such investment strategy.
Purchased Services means Services that You or Your Affiliate purchase under an Order Form, as distinguished from those provided pursuant to a free trial.
Purchased Securities has the meaning assigned in the Terms;
