An intergovernmental agreement with Italy and Greece on the Trans-Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) project and the Host Government Agreement between the TAP consortium and Albania were ratified in March and April respectively.
Subject to the other provisions hereof, each State undertakes to fulfil and perform each of its obligations under this Agreement, any Host Government Agreement to which it is a party and any Project Agreement to which it is a party from time to time.
