Host Government Agreement definition

Host Government Agreement means each agreement entered into between a Host Government, on the one hand, and Project Investors, on the other hand, relating to the Pipeline System.
Host Government Agreement or “HGA” means the Host Government Agreement between the Government of Uganda and the project company concerning the East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) project;
Host Government Agreement means the agreement entered into on the date hereof between the government of the Republic of Turkey, on the one hand, and TANAP Project Entity, on the other hand, relating to the TANAP System, as appended to this Agreement as such Agreement may be hereafter amended, modified or extended in accordance with the terms thereof.

Host Government Agreement means each of those agreements entered into between the Government of a State, on the one hand, and Project Investors and/or other parties authorised by Project Investors, on the other hand, making provision (along with other Project Agreements) for the MEP Project (including, without limitation, a description of the Facilities and Transportation System for the MEP Project), as each such agreement may be hereafter amended, modified or extended in accordance with the terms thereof.
