Host Environment definition

Host Environment means all software, middleware and hardware necessary to host the Pitney ▇▇▇▇▇ Software, including, without limitation, host servers; server, telecommunications and security software; database software; operating systems; client access hardware; back-up systems; network routing; system monitoring; and Internet access.
Host Environment means all software, middleware and hardware necessary to host the Pitney Bowes Software, including, without limitation, host servers; server, telecommunications and security software; database software; operating systems; client access hardware; back-up systems; network routing; system monitoring; and Internet access.

Examples of Host Environment in a sentence

  • Fees for Hosted Services are charged for access to the Host Environment (as defined herein), not actual usage.

  • Ada C/C++ Changer License: Subject to payment of appropriate fees as set forth in the applicable attachment, MTI grants a time limited, non-exclusive license to use the Object Code version of the MT SOFTWARE to convert Ada code to C/C++ code within the OS PAL Host Environment, with restrictions for the number of lines of code to be converted and valid during the period that the customer maintains Technical Support.

  • Subject to payment of the appropriate fees as set forth in the applicable attachment, Licensee may use the MT SOFTWARE for development purposes by studying, referring to, compiling, assembling and converting the applicable MT SOFTWARE into Object Code and/or Executable Code form within the OS PAL Host Environment during the period that the customer maintains valid Technical Support.

Related to Host Environment

  • ICT Environment means the Authority System and the Contractor System. “Information” has the meaning given under section 84 of the FOIA.

  • Customer Environment means Customer’s data network/equipment and premises environment.
