Hospitality Packages means tickets purchased by you pursuant to an Agreement each of which gives the holder of such ticket the right of admission to Emirates Stadium for the relevant Event together with the right of admission to the applicable hospitality facilities;

Hospitality Packages the package(s) of rights identified in the Contract, further details of which are set out in Schedule 1. Material: any audio, visual or audio-visual material or any information or data. Price: the amount (which is stated inclusive of VAT) payable by you to us for the Hospitality Package as set out in the Contract. Hospitality Packages the package(s) of rights identified in the Contract, further details of which are set out in Schedule 1. Match Day Ticket: means the ticket to grant access to the Stadium and receive hospitality for a specific Match; Match(es): means those home games to which your Match Day Ticket or Season Ticket grants you access as detailed in Schedule 1; Material: any audio, visual or audio-visual material or any information or data. Price: the amount (which is stated inclusive of VAT) payable by you to us for the Hospitality Package as set out in Schedule 1 of the Contract. Season Ticket: the season ticket smartcard for admission to access the Stadium and receive hospitality during the Season. Season: the relevant sporting season (usually running from August to May inclusive). Stadium: means Ashton Gate Stadium, Ashton Road, Bristol, BS3 2EJ or any other ground at which the Club decide to play a Match. Ticket: the Match Day Ticket or Season Ticket and, where applicable, any accompanying Car Park Voucher (and/or any rights arising out of or in connection with any of the foregoing). You or Ticket Holder: the registered holder of the Hospitality Package.

Examples of Hospitality Packages in a sentence

  • Any Hospitality Packages or tickets obtained in breach of these conditions shall be void and all rights conferred or evidenced by such tickets shall be nullified.

  • The tickets in the Hospitality Packages sold are subject to Plymouth Albion’s ticketing terms and conditions in force at the time of booking and as amended from time to time.

  • The Client shall not assign, transfer or charge the benefits of the Hospitality Package(s) without the express written consent of Plymouth Albion.

  • The Contract confirms the Hospitality Packages which you have selected and the basis upon which you will be granted access to the Stadium.

  • To avoid doubt, the Hospitality Package(s) does not include parking.

  • Please note that Hospitality Packages are subject to availability and Bookings cannot be confirmed until both the signed Booking Contract and the correct payment (in accordance with the Booking Contract) has been received by SFC.

  • The tickets in the Hospitality Packages sold are subject to PAFC ticketing terms and conditions in force at the time of booking and as amended from time to time.
